CalHFA – Cal30 Conventional & CHDAP Down Payment Assistance Program

The California Housing Finance Agency – CalHFA, introduced two new loan programs earlier this June, 2009.  CalHFA suspended it’s first time homebuyer and down payment assistance programs in September of 2007 due to volatility in the credit markets.
