The First-time Homebuyer Downpayment Assistance Program assits Anaheim residents who are purchasing condominiums or single family homes in Anaheim, and our CDBG Rehabilitation Loan Program continues to assist resident homeowners in improving and maintaining their homes and neighborhoods by making low interest rate loans to low to moderate income homeowners to help rehabilitate their homes and make Anaheim a better place in which to live.
The first-time homebuyer program is funded by state and fedreral fund, subject to availability, and the CDBG rehab program is funded with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
