City of Madera Down Payment Assistance Program

DOWNPAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM – The DAP program is funded with redevelopment tax increment and HOME funds. It is administered by the Housing Authority and is designed to provide assistance to first-time homebuyers.
