First-Time Home Buyer Program
The city is currently accepting Program Interest Forms to establish a WAITING LIST.Eligible applicants will be notified as funds become available.The City of Oakdale has received funding through the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for a down payment assistance program. This program may provide up to $50,000 to assist first-time homebuyers in the purchase of a home in the City of Oakdale. Eligibility for the program is based upon household income and is subject to funding availability.
