City of Patterson First Time Home Buyer’s Assistance Program

The City is offering a loan program to assist homebuyers who purchase their home within Patterson city limits. Approval is subject to meeting income requirements. If you are interested in applying for the program, please see the Program Overview below.

The funds that were available for the program have been expended. The City is still accepting applications for those interested in being placed on our waitlist.

Note: Please be advised that an application will not be processed unless it is accompanied by a “Pre-Approval” letter from a mortgage lender.
