Pinole’s First Time Homebuyer (FTHB) Program offers up to $100,000 of down payment assistance to qualified borrowers. Start down your path to homeownership:

Program Brochure – Read the program brochure for eligibility requirements and program guidelines.
Loan Application – Complete the program application.
Participate in homebuyer training – Every borrower must attend homebuyer training.
