Discover a new way of living in downtown San Dimas

The City’s Redevelopment Agency has for many years, assisted homebuyers purchase their first home in San Dimas. Today, the City’s Redevelopment Agency, in partnership with private housing developer William Fox Homes, is offering 1 and 2 bedroom flats at a reduced price to eligible first-time homebuyers with income under 120% of Los Angeles County median income The sales price for the affordable units will be based on income and the number of people in the household. Construction began in summer of 2008 and move-in is slated for summer 2009. For more information or to be placed on an interest list for these units, please register below.
