San Jacinto Down Payment Assistance Program

The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Jacinto is offering a Down Payment Assistance Program to provide a non-repayable grant to Qualified Homebuyers in an amount not to exceed 6% of the home sales price.
This grant may be used as part of a down payment on the home, or for the payment of closing costs.
